MEET THE TRAINERS
Pound 4 Pound BoxFit was founded by Genaro "G" Mendez in 2012. As the business grew, G then looked to his lifelong friend and fellow boxer, Mike Guadarrama. Both of which are well known Chicago boxers who each won their respective weight classes in the 2010 Chicago Golden Gloves Championships.

Classes & Pricing
Sessions last 1 hour. Typically we start with a light warm up, then focus on a variety of cardio activities which range from jumping rope to tire drills. Depending on your goals we may move either to weights or into the ring (or both) for pad work before finishing up with abs. Rember that sessions are custom designed for YOUR goals, so activities in your private session will be focused on getting the results YOU want
